The six classes, which begin September 3, are based on a health education program developed for people who want to be wellness ambassadors or teachers, and discuss practices to inspire improved health and make health more contagious.

Hospital instructors include Kelly Mather, CEO; Leslie Lovejoy, Director of Quality & Resource Management; and Steven Lewis, Wellness Director.

Classes are held from 8:00 to 10:00 am over six Thursdays. Scheduled dates are September 3 and 17, October 1, 15 and 22, and November 5. If you plan to attend, please make sure you are available for all classes. While there is no cost to participate, attendance is limited to 35 participants. The summer session filled quickly, so early sign up is encouraged. We suggest attendees bring a pen and paper to classes.
