Seasoned and board-certified ear, nose, and throat specialist C. Robert Pettit, MD, will lead the next Sonoma Valley Hospital informational session, “Conversation With A Doctor,” by giving an overview of his specialty and discuss trends in diagnosis and treatments. He encourages you to raise questions important to you which relate to his specialty during the question and answer session.
Dr. Pettit’s interests are in hearing loss, diagnosis and treatment of dizziness, rhinology, and sinus disease. He performs office flexible endoscopy of the upper airway and vocal cords, and also performs microsurgical removal of skin and mucosal lesions. Dr. Pettit treats all ages and sees patients in Sonoma, Santa Rosa, and Healdsburg.
The event will be held Tuesday, April 17 from 12:30 till 1:30 pm, in the Hospital’s Basement Conference Room. ABOUT: C. Robert Pettit, MD is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist whose residency training was at UCSF where he remains an Assistant Clinical Professor. While a resident he was a member of the original cochlear implant team which helped establish electrical stimulation of the inner ear as the standard of care in deaf patients 12 months of age and older. Doctor Pettit has practiced in the Carmel/Monterey area before leaving there for Houston, Tx., where he performed surgery at the world famous Texas Medical Center, including Texas Children’s Hospital and Methodist Hospital.
