Men’s Discussion At Vintage House To Focus On Prostate Health

Sonoma Valley Hospital and Vintage House will host a talk by Urologist Adam Kaplan, MD, who will discuss “Prostate Health: What Men Need To Know” at Vintage House on Friday, April 26 at 10:00 am.

The talk will broadly cover prostate health including lifestyle behaviors and diet that promote a healthy prostate. Dr. Kaplan will also discuss common prostate issues, such as an enlarged prostate and frequent urination, as well as current practices for prostate cancer screening, detection and treatment. There will be ample time for questions.

Dr. Kaplan is a board-certified Urologist, fellowship trained in Endourology and Robotic Surgery. He received his medical degree and residency training at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, and completed his fellowship at Duke University.  Specialty areas include prostate cancer, kidney cancer, complex kidney stone disease and men’s health.
