Spring is typically a time to get out of the easy chair and become more active through exercise. Doing so carefully, without the physical discomfort that so often results, is the subject of the next “Aches and Pains” clinic offered by Sonoma Valley Hospital.

Sonoma Valley residents are invited to come to the Hospital’s Physical Therapy facility on Wednesday, May 18, from 6:00-7:00 pm, to learn about safe and effective exercise whether you are just starting out or moving your exercise regimen to the next level.

The clinic will be led by Marek Grzybowski, PT. Topics will include: setting realistic goals, adding variety to your exercise, and learning how to listen to your body to minimize discomfort.

The clinic will be held at the Sonoma Valley Hospital Hand and Physical Therapy facility, located at 19312 Sonoma Hwy, Sonoma, (directly behind the Fitness Factory). While there is no charge, please call the Hospital’s Physical Therapy Department at 707-935-5345 to reserve a place.
